Booking Conditions

30% deposit required on initial confirmation of menu and number of guests.

Fresh Az Food & Catering requires confirmation of function and number of guests one week (7 days) prior to function via email or fax.

Functions cancelled within two weeks (14 days) of the function will forfeit deposit paid.

Deposit fully reimbursed in full if function is cancelled more than two weeks (14 days) before function.

Outstanding balance to be paid prior to or on the day of the function by Cash, Cheque or EFT.

All quotes are subject to viewing the area the function is to be hosted. Additional equipment may be required to be hired at a cost to the client. All breakages not at the fault of Fresh Az Food & Catering staff to be paid by the client.

All quotes on menu items are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of produce.
