fresh az food and catering was established on July 1st 2005 by Aaron Anderson who wanted to provide an individualised approach to catering in Wollongong and beyond.

Fresh az initially specialised in private dinner parties for 6 to 20 people where Aaron and his team bring restaurant quality food, service and knowledge into people’s homes and workplaces. The business has expanded on the back of the acquisition of a commercial kitchen in central Wollongong and has now led to the catering of weddings, engagements, birthdays, boardroom catering, corporate launches and staff development days, as well as a continuing private dinner party service.

Aaron Anderson is a qualified chef who has developed most of his skills both cooking and waiting at Michaels Trattoria, Wollongong. Since moving on to begin fresh az food and catering Aaron has continued to develop his skills, working as a consultant to a local providore and service at Austinmer Beach Café and Lorenzo’s Diner , Wollongong.

fresh az has also been a proud supporter of the NSW Cancer Council 'Daffodil Ball' providing guidance and service at the annual ball for the past two years.

fresh az food and catering is also the team chef and proud supporter of the Wollongong Hawks basketball team and Scott Endurance triathlon squad.
